How does it work?

Just like when you have an injury and your skin starts to heal, the skin over your healed wound is smooth.  When we perform microchanneling, it sends a signal to the body that an injury has occurred and the fibroblasts in the skin get excited and start to then produce an extremely high quality collagen.  As we age, we begin to lose the ability to produce this “new” collagen and elastin on our own.  This procedure creates  a simulated would healing event in order to produce this high quality collagen.

Once the channels are open we take advantage of this by applying a serum that contains hyaluronic acid and stem cytokine cells. The stem cells are derived from human bone marrow donated by young healthy athletes which produces a potent anti-inflammatory effect. Note there is no human DNA in the serum.  It only contains the pure cytokine (protein) stem cells.
